Gaucho Interpreting and Translations is owned by a bilingual mother-daughter team that is proficient in Spanish and English.
Mary Johnston resides in California. She lived in South America for 14 years and has 20+ years experience in the translating and interpreting fields. Her daughter, Megan, lives in Uruguay and is a partner with her mother in the business. Megan has lived in South America for most of her life, and excels at English-to-Spanish translations. Mary, who has management and English degrees, excels in Spanish-to-English translations.
Although they learned to speak, read and write Spanish principally in South America, they are knowledgeable of Spanish world-wide, having travelled to many different countries and having lived in Southern California for many years.
